Depending on where you’re making your attempt, there could be a firewall problem at the user end. Some school districts might block it, for example. Also: the archive exists inside the Blackboard Collaborate/Elluminate Live platform, so you have to have the basic software required to interact with the platform. Java Flash, for example. It’s likely that you can’t watch it on an Apple iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) because they don’t support Flash.

Here’s the tip sheet we sent out to participants. You’ll see a link to a page at the Elluminate Live website where you can have the system check your computer and update any software you might need. It’s safe, in our experience.
