I have been struggling because my staff didn’t do the get-together Monday morning, and we’re a big staff, and we haven’t really had the chance to hug each other, and that’s hard. I do build community by sharing with my kids what’s going on, and they do the same back. Thanks so much for reminding me how important that is.
